The content on Pillsbook is for informational purposes and to facilitate consultations with our specialists. While our herbal protocols are designed by experts, they are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In case of a medical emergency, please visit your nearest hospital immediately. Results from herbal treatments may vary from person to person.
3. Consultations and Services
When booking a specialist call:
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your health and symptoms.
- The ₹200 commitment fee is for the specialist's time and initial consultation.
- Our specialists reserve the right to refuse treatment or recommend alternative allopathic care if your condition is deemed outside the scope of our herbal protocols.
4. Payments, Shipping & Refunds
All payments made through the platform are secure. Regarding our services:
- Consultation Fee: The ₹200 booking fee is non-refundable once the consultation call has been completed. If we fail to contact you within the promised window, you may request a refund.
- Recovery Kits: Payments for customized recovery kits are billed separately after your consultation.
- Shipping: We aim to deliver recovery kits within 5-7 business days across India. Delays due to unforeseen logistical issues are not grounds for a full refund.
5. Intellectual Property
The Pillsbook platform, its original content, features, functionality, and proprietary herbal formulations are owned by Pillsbook Wellness Pvt Ltd and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pillsbook, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
